Well, there isn't all that much to say at the moment, but for most of july i won't be here because of three reasons, 1) I'm visiting my aunt in virginia, 2) I'm going to a religious camp, as i've surely mentioned before, and 3) I'm going to north carolina, because thats where some of my uncles relatives live, i imagine i will probably be meeting people i've never met before seeing as how i only know his brother "Sport" and his wife. i might, MIGHT have time to write a journal after my visit to virginia since we will return for a day, really, for all i know we just might take the computer with us. who knows really.

i said something today, all serious, and my uncle was like "well excuse me miss smartass!" and i was all like wtf was that for, i was being serious. oh well, i have long accepted his TOTAL RIDICULOUSNESS, sorry, its frustrating.

yesterday i went to my friend MK's house for the first time, it was pretty cool, but OMG HIS GRANDMOTHER THOUGH!! she has a british accent (I'm sorry, again, but all kinds of accents intrigue me, but british is one of my favorites) and even awesome, she was a police officer in THE 1950s LIKE WHOA IMPRESSIVE. yeah, apparently for sex crimes, and she was pretty high up too, like vice something (sorry i can't remember that second word) how amazing is that, she not only succeeded in getting a job in the 1950s, but was a police officer AND really high up. oh wow, I'm fangirling over someone's grandmother OMG

ANYWAYS.... oh yeah, my cousins birthday party, its going to be on the 21st of june (this month, obviously) thats one of my days, like, and not just one of the days, its one of the THIS HAPPENED TODAY kind of days that make me all depressed for like a week or 2 right before the day passes. its one of the really, really, super ultra bad days. aka the last time i saw my dad not in prison clothes day (our unbeknownst at the time parting, which wasn't even remotely pleasant) so yeah, hopefully i can keep it together for him, but i'm not so sure. its one of those things where i get all depressed all of a sudden and don't know why until some random time where i note the date, then i'm like, oh.... thats why... damn.

on a more pleasant note, i am going to sell like everything i own (electronics) that plays music, then buy something slightly better, that plays music, so instead of 3 crappy things, ill have one, better thing. yeah.

:iconteatimeplz:   i love tea ;)

"'Soylent Green' is PEOPLE!!!"

Yeah ... had to say that about the "eating:" comment. ;)

Good luck with the traveling and having to visit family. Virginia is a beautiful state if you can get out away from the cities. Though I haven't been there since about 1982, it was one of my favorite places to be stationed while I was in the Navy.

I also LOVE tea. Most of the tea I have I purchase direct from an import company called Upton Tea (they have a great website at www.uptontea.com/shopcart/home… ) they have the best teas at very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. They also have a huge amount of information about tea and the history of tea. A couple of my favorite types of tea are the Lapsang Souchong (a black tea which is cured over fires so it has a smoky flavor) and the Pu-erh teas (which are fermented and aged and have a very distinct "Earthy" flavor). Both of these have strong and very unique flavors which I really enjoy. Another great thing about these varieties is they tend to not develop the bitterness that some other teas can get when they're steeped too long, allowing for stronger flavor.

Ah ... see, now you've gone and started me on one of my favorite subjects ...

Hope all the travels go well and that you get to have some fun. Hope the camp isn't too ... unpleasant. Do try to post something when and if you get a chance.
